FaqQ1. How can i see the Technical Data Sheets or the Safety Data Sheets of the products?
A1. - The data sheets are available only to the verified users. Neokems clients have to subscribe, in order to have access to the technical details of the products, as well as to the online ordering application. Attention: When a data sheet is currently unavailable, you will be linked to the home page of Neokem
Q2. Do i have immediate approval of my subscription application?
A2. - Sorry, but no. Neokem will receive your subscription application and will activate your account within some time. Please be patient untill your account is activated. Neokem has also the right to refuse the acceptance of your subscription. In that case, the personal details you submitted, will be immediately deleted from the database
Q3. Could i possibly modificate my order in case i have made mistakes during the online ordering procedures? (e.g. wrong quantity)
A3. - Yes, you can contact Neokem by email, indicating the wrong parameters of your order. Please also note that order modifications have to be sent to Neokem at the earliest convenience.
Q4. How can i unsubscribe myself?
A4. - Simply, by sending an email to support@neokem.gr asking for your account to be deleted. Attention: The senders email must be the same submitted during your subscription
